| 1 Cup All-purpose flour |
1/2 Cup Buckwheat flour |
| 1 Cup Whole Wheat flour |
1/2 Cup Oatmeal |
| 1/8 Cup Brewers Yeast |
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda |
| 1 Teaspoon Salt |
1/4 Cup Wheat Germ |
| 1 Cup Butter, softened |
1 Cup Sugar |
| 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar |
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract |
| 2 Eggs |
1/8 Cup Milk |
| 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon |
1 12-oz. Pkg. Chocolate Chips |
| 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter (Optional) |
1/8 cup blackstrap Molasses |
| 1 Teaspoon Flax Seed (optional) |

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine
flour, oatmeal, brewers yeast, wheat germ, baking soda, and salt; set
aside. In large bowl, beat eggs and then combine butter, sugar, milk,
peanut butter (if used), flax seed, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Gradually
add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread into greased 15
1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25
minutes. Cool.
If you do not have soy or buckwheat flour just substitute
whole wheat and/or regular flour.
