Watch

     for it.

  I. Why should we watch?
     A. Because the devil has the power to tempt.

     B. Because Satan is active.

     C. Because Satan transforms himself as a minister of 
        light.

     D. Because of our ignorance of when the second coming 
        of Christ.

 II. What should we watch?
     A. Words
        1. Should not offend in word. James 3:1-12
        2. Words should be fitly spoken. Proverbs 25:11
        3. Must account for idle words. Matthew 12:36-37
        4. Should not engage in filthy conversation. 
           Ephesians 4:29; 5:4.
        5. Vain babblings will eat like a canker. 2 Timothy 
           2:16-18
        6. Our speech should be seasoned with grace. 
           Colossians 4:6

     B. Actions 
        1. Lord weighs actions. 1 Samuel 2:3
        2. Will be judged by our actions.
           a. 2 Corinthians 5:10
           b. Revelation 20:11-12
        3. Actions determine our destiny.
           a. Hebrews 10:28-29
           b. Hypocritical acts injure the cause of Christ.
           c. Acts of love are evidence of discipleship.
