Still Be Lost

1. People may believe and be baptize and still be lost:
   a. Simon – Acts 8:18, 22; 26:28
2. May be a disciple and still be lost: John 6:66-71 (Some 
   turned back)
   a. Judas Iscariot 
      1. Chosen – John 6:70; 15:16
      2. Disciple – Matthew 10:1; Other seventy – Luke 10:1
      3. Apostle – Matthew 10:2-5
      4. One of the twelve – Matthew 26:47; Mark 14:10, 43; Luke 
         22:47
      5. Obtained part in this ministry (numbered with us) – 
         Acts 1:15-19
      6. Had power over unclean spirits – Mark 6:7f
      7. Sent forth to preach – Mark 3:13-19
      8. Then Satan entered into Judas – Luke 22:3f; John 13:2, 
         25-27 (after the sop).
      9. By transgression fell – Acts 1:25
   b. Luke 9:62
3. May make some preparation to meet the Bridegroom and still be 
   lost – Foolish virgins – Matthew 25:1-13.
4. May be members of the Lord’s church and still be lost.
