It is Not Enough

1. It is not enough to be moral as was the rich 
   young ruler. Matthew 19:16-20
   A. Cornelius – Acts 10:
2. It is not enough to have a clear conscience 
   as Paul.  Acts 23:1
   A. Further, in his defense before King 
      Agrippa; he said, Acts 26:9-11
   Illustrate principle with the sincere atheist 
   or infidel – John 8:24; Hebrews 11:6; 
   Revelation 21:8.
   Unbelievers cannot be saved.  But principle 
   of clear conscience makes one alright would 
   have them saved.
   Note that Hebrews 3 and 4 equates unbelief 
   and disobedience.  In what way are you better 
   off than the atheist or infidel.
3. It is not enough to tremble at the word of 
   the Lord as Felix did. Acts 24.
4. It is not enough to be almost persuaded as 
   was Agrippa.  Acts 26:27-29
5. It is not enough to believe as did the rulers 
   in the time of our Lord. John 12:42-43
