No Need to Pray if Everything Fore-ordained by Immutable Decree!!

"The eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and His ears are open to their prayers." 1 Peter 3:12
The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much" James 5:16
Elijah -
a. "Prayed earnestly that it might not rain"
(1) Rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months." James 5:17
b. "Prayed again, and the heaven gave rain." James 5:18
Because of their sin with the golden calf God determined that He would consume Israel and make of Moses a great nation. Exodus 32:9-14
a. Moses besought God on behalf of Israel.
b. "And the Lord repented of the evil which He thought to do unto His people."
Hezekiah prayed and God added fifteen years unto his life. 2 Kings 20:1-6; Isaiah 38:5
When God dried up the hand of Jeroboam, the young prophet prayed on his behalf and God restored the king's hand again. 1 Kings 13:1-6
Moses prayed to God and the fire which was devouring the people of Israel was quenched. Numbers 11:1-3
