Election Does Not Unconditionally Secure Eternal Salvation. Hebrews 6:4-6
Paul Speaks of those who: (Hebrews 6:4-6)
- Were once enlightened. verse 4
- Have tasted of the heavenly gift. verse 4
- Were made partakers of the Holy Spirit. verse 4
- Tasted the good word of God. verse 5
- Tasted the powers of the world to come. verse 5
- Hence, they were God's elect.
Holy Brethren, Partakers of the Heavenly Calling - Hebrews 3:1
"If They Shall Fall Away" (Hebrews 6:4-6)
- It is impossible to renew them again to repentance. verse 6
- Seeing (because) they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh. verse 6
- Seeing (because) they put the Son of God to an open shame. verse 6
Hence, Those Who Have Become God's Elect May Fall Away and Not Be Renewed
unto Repentance.

Paul Teaches that "If We Sin Willfully": (Hebrews
10:26-30):
- After that we have received the knowledge of the truth. verse 26
- There remaineth no more sacrifice for sins. verse 26
- There remaineth only a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery
indignation. verse 27
They that Despised Moses Law Died Without Mercy. Verse 28
Paul asks, "of how much sorer punishment shall he be thought
worthy":
- Who hath trodden under foot the Son of God. verse 29
- Who hath counted the blood of the covenant, WHEREWITH HE WAS
SANCTIFIED, and unholy thing. verse 29
- Who hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace. verse 29
"For We Know Him that hath Said, Vengeance Belongeth Unto Me, I Will
Recompense, Saith the Lord, and Again, the Lord Shall Judge His People."

Being Chosen in Christ Does Not Guarantee Eternal Life. Ephesians
1:3-5
Paul States that He and the Ephesians Were Chosen In Him (Christ).
But:
Some of the elders of the Ephesian church would arise and speak perverse
things to draw away disciples after them. Acts 20:17, 28-30
Those who pervert the gospel are accursed or anathema. Galatians 1:6-9
God had somewhat against those who were chosen in Christ. Revelation 2:4
They had left their first love. Revelation 2:4
They were admonished, "Remember therefore from whence THOU ART FALLEN,
and REPENT, and do the first works; OR ELSE I will come unto thee
quickly, and WILL REMOVE THY CANDLESTICK OUT OF HIS PLACE, except thou
repent." Revelation 2:5
