The Bible Way to Heaven

Realize there is none good, Romans 3:9-11: 9 What then? Are we better than they? Not at all. For we have previously charged both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin. 10 As it is written: "There is none righteous, no, not one; 11 There is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God.

See yourself as a sinner, Romans 3:23: for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Recognize where sin came from, Romans 5:12: Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned--

Notice God’s price for sin, Romans 6:23: For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Realize that Christ died for you, Romans 5:8: But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Take God at His word, Romans 10:13: For "whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved."

Claim God’s promise for your salvation:
Acts 22:16
- And now why are you waiting? Arise and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.'

Mark 16:16 - He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.

Acts 2:36-38 – 36 "Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ." 37 Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do?" 38 Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Romans 6:3-4 – 3 Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Galatians 3:26-27 –26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

Colossians 2:12 – buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.

1 Peter 3:20-21 – 20 who formerly were disobedient, when once the Divine longsuffering waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water. 21 There is also an antitype which now saves us--baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,

Romans 10:9-10 – 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Now believe that Jesus is the Christ, repent (which is changing your mind or purpose, recognizing that you are indeed a sinner and decide to start serving Jesus) of your sins, confess your faith in Christ, and be baptized for the remission of sins.
